At Label Vaishnavi by Rituparna, we value your trust and strive to ensure that every product reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Tampered Delivery Policy

We use reliable third-party logistics partners to deliver all orders. In rare cases where parcels are tampered with, delayed, or wrongly delivered, the following guidelines must be followed:
  • If your parcel appears tampered or damaged, please refuse to accept the delivery and immediately inform us.
  • If you have not received your parcel, but our logistics partner marks it as delivered, please raise the concern with us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery notification.
  • We will request a Proof of Delivery (POD) from our logistics partner and share it with you. If you still dispute the delivery after POD is shared, we can only assist you in escalating the matter with the logistics partner.
  • A replacement order will only be processed if the logistics partner confirms the parcel is lost or undelivered.

2. Disclaimer for Color and Product Description

We take utmost care to display high-quality images of our sarees with true-to-life colors. However, variations may occur due to factors such as:
  • Studio lighting and photography conditions
  • Device or monitor display settings
  • Nature of fabric and iridescent tones (e.g., blue, green, pink, orange, purple, black, navy, or cream shades) Minor differences in shade or texture do not qualify as defects and are part of the uniqueness of handcrafted fabrics.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests are accepted within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • To cancel, please contact us via email or WhatsApp at [your number] (between 11 AM – 6 PM, Monday to Saturday). We are closed on Sundays and public holidays.

  • If the product has already been shipped, cancellations will not be possible. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed within 7 working days.

4. Return & Exchange Policy

Currently, we do not accept returns once the product has been delivered, except in the case of a defective or damaged product.

  • Exchange will only be considered for damaged or defective items reported within 24 hours of delivery.

  • To raise a claim, please send us an email at [your support email] with clear photos and a description of the defect.

  • Once verified, we will arrange a replacement free of cost.

5. Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective or damaged saree, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Send images and details of the defect to [your support email].

  • After confirmation, we will provide a replacement for the same product. If the product is out of stock, store credit or an alternative exchange may be offered.
