2. Products & Pricing

  • All sarees are handcrafted and unique. Minor variations in color, texture, or weave may occur and should not be considered defects.
  • Prices are listed in INR and are inclusive of GST.
  • We reserve the right to update prices, product descriptions, and availability without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.
  • We accept only prepaid orders (Free Shipping Pan India).
  • Once placed, an order cannot be modified or canceled.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are usually delivered within 7–10 working days across India.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to festivals, weather conditions, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns & Exchanges

  • As each saree is carefully curated, we do not offer returns or exchanges unless the product received is damaged or defective.
  • Any concerns must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, along with unboxing images/videos.

6. Intellectual Property

  • All content, including designs, images, text, and logos, are the property of Label Vaishnavi by Rituparna.
  • No part of this website may be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for delays, courier issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
  • Our maximum liability in any case will be limited to the value of the product purchased.

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

  • Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kolkata, West Bengal (or your preferred city).
